Blindfold viewing, mindsight, eyeless sight, seeing without eyes: seeing one’s immediate surroundings without using one’s eyes. This can be considered as a form of OBE without the sensation of leaving the body. An old and misleading term for the same phenomenon is dermo-optical vision. Clairaudience : the supposed faculty of perceiving, as if by hearing, what is inaudible. Clairaudient : derived adjective. Clairsentience: perception of what is not normally perceptible. Clairvoyance : the faculty of perceiving things or events independently on distance and time spacing. Cognition : the mental action or process of acquiring knowledge and understanding through thought, experience, and the senses.
